After completing my studies I started my own business as I felt quite confident to set up and run a business. My studies had prepared me in many ways, but I think the most important benefit was that we worked on case studies and projects which was a good foundation for the real world business. 

What I liked most in the programme was the opportunity for interaction as well as the instructors who were mostly people with experience from the market. It is exactly this emphasis on interaction that allowed me to develop team-working skills and this is the most important experience when you are a student. My advice to newcomers to NYC is not to lose their faith, if you are determined and you have a plan you will succeed. After all, success comes when preparation meets opportunity.
